9th EIASM Workshop on Talent Management

Following on from the eight previous highly successful Workshops on Talent Management that were held in Brussels in 2012 and 2013, Berlin in 2014, Valencia in 2015, Copenhagen in 2016, Barcelona in 2017, Helsinki in 2018, and Toulouse 2019, this workshop is intended to continue providing a forum for academic debate on the rapidly growing field of talent management.

Talent Management has established itself as one of the key priorities for C-suite executives and HR professionals alike. However, HR professionals continue to struggle to deliver on the talent agenda. This workshop is designed to bring together leading and emerging scholars working from a range of perspectives in the area of talent management with the intention of developing theoretical and empirical work which can contribute to this rapidly emerging area of study.
