TechTalent-Lab
About us
We are a research group at the Department of Management of UPC·BarcelonaTech, devoted to understanding how technology and data are transforming people management and decision-making in organisations.
Our work combines rigorous empirical research with the translation of that evidence into frameworks, instruments and guidelines applicable to professional practice and to university teaching. The laboratory's activity is organised into two research lines:
