The Laboratory for the Development of Technical Talent  (TechTalent-Lab) is a unit of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya·BarcelonaTech (UPC) consisting of an interdisciplinary group of researchers and experts passionated about people management.

Our mission is to deepen the understanding of management-related issues regarding technical talent in organizations and translate this knowledge into practical solutions for companies. To achieve these goals, the TechTalent-Lab promotes the creation of scientific knowledge, the organization and provision of training and seminars, and the development of evidence-based solutions for practitioners.

The TechTalent-Lab offers training, consulting and professional advisory services in several fields, such as team management, human resources, skills development, supply chain management, and business analytics.
