TechTalent-Lab launches a new free online course, which offers a brief introduction to research methodology in management. The course consists of five modules.


Modules

    The difference between Academic Research and Practitioner Research. The different approaches or paradigms to Academic Research. The differences between inductive and deductive studies.

  • What is a citation and reference?

    The three Basic Systems of Referencing. The way to cite in each of the basic systems. The way to reference in each of the basic systems.

  • Tools and Techniques for Analyzing Data

    The different types of techniques for analyzing data. The main features of each type of technique. Open-Souce Software for analyzing data.

  • What is a literature review?

    What types of research outlets there are. Where to look for research documents. How to evaluate the relevance of research documents.

  • What is a research question?

    The definition and characteristics of a research question, The justification why the research question is so important, The three type of research question.

Structure of the Modules

 

In each module, you will find:

  • A description of the learning outcomes,

  • A questionnaire to assess your understanding of the topic.
