Here you can find the professional services that members of the TechTalent-Lab team are teaching and/or offering.

Training and Consulting


In the seminars we develop in depth a certain subject. We usually deal with topical issues. It is a perfect tool to introduce new concepts or methodologies, or to delve deeper into them. The format may vary (one or more experts may participate). Its duration varies between 60 minutes and 3 hours.


The workshops are eminently practical. They try to identify needs, design proposals for improvement, or develop a specific set of skills. It is a place of co-learning, where all participants socially construct knowledge and values, and develop skills and attitudes from their own experiences. The duration varies between 4 and 30 hours.

Tailor-made Courses

Tailor-made courses are structured and interactive training courses that aim to train participants in topics related to team leadership and management. It is usually organized through one, two or three trainers, and can be carried out in a face-to-face or semi-presential way. The duration varies between 3 and 60 hours.

Strategic Consulting

Strategic consulting is a professional service that we offer with the aim of providing advice and practical help to organizational problems, which includes a process of analysis, a process of generating possible solutions based on both scientific literature and practical experience, a process of adaptation of alternatives to the reality of the company and, optionally, its implementation, implementation and evaluation.

Design Thinking

Design Thinking is a method used in the processes of ideation and development. The method describes an iterative, people-centered process consisting of 5 steps: sympathize, define, devise, prototype, and test. It is a useful method for addressing ill-defined or unknown problems.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a method designed to improve innovation and organizational performance. The kind of practical and mental learning that goes with it produces a deeper and more meaningful understanding of the organization and its possibilities. Interaction, efficient communication, and deep reflection are the pillars of the method.


Case Studies

Case study methodology is a teaching method that uses decision-making situations to place training participants in the role of people who faced difficult decisions in their past. The method allows for in-depth discussions on the subject of training.

In addition to those mentioned above, we offer a large number of methodologies and work dynamics depending on the objectives, the background of the participants, and the time available. All of them focus on the active interaction of the participants and the use of visual resources.
